It shows that he reposted stories about the Russian military allegedly committing atrocities in Bucha, near the Ukrainian capital of Kyiv, from other news outlets such as the BBC\u2019s Russian outlet and Radio Freedom.    <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph inline-placeholder\" data-uri=\"cms.cnn.com\/_components\/paragraph\/instances\/clvi8p1oh001k356j1jb50ul0@published\" data-editable=\"text\" data-component-name=\"paragraph\" data-article-gutter=\"true\">            Bubon said that Mingazov is accused of spreading \u201cknowingly false information\u201d about the Russian armed forces \u201cunder the guise\u201d of reliable reporting.    <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph inline-placeholder\" data-uri=\"cms.cnn.com\/_components\/paragraph\/instances\/clvi93gtv001z356jzn04a2ic@published\" data-editable=\"text\" data-component-name=\"paragraph\" data-article-gutter=\"true\">            The city of Bucha was liberated by Ukrainian forces at the end of March 2022, having been occupied near the beginning of Russia\u2019s invasion of Ukraine in February&nbsp;the same year. According to the Ukrainian prosecutor general\u2019s office, the Russian army committed thousands of war crimes in the&nbsp;Bucha&nbsp;district,&nbsp;with hundreds of civilians killed in the town. The Kremlin has denied any involvement in the mass killings and has reiterated baseless claims that the images of civilian bodies were fake.    <\/p>\n<h2 class=\"subheader\" data-editable=\"text\" data-uri=\"cms.cnn.com\/_components\/subheader\/instances\/clvi9auz9002d356jr2yy9ow0@published\" data-component-name=\"subheader\" id=\"internet-ban-imposed\" data-article-gutter=\"true\">    Internet ban imposed<\/h2>\n<p class=\"paragraph inline-placeholder\" data-uri=\"cms.cnn.com\/_components\/paragraph\/instances\/clvi92gqz001q356jrya78g7o@published\" data-editable=\"text\" data-component-name=\"paragraph\" data-article-gutter=\"true\">            Bubon told Forbes Russia that Mingazov\u2019s house arrest was enforced as a \u201cpreventative measure.\u201d In Russia, preventative measures take place pre-trial and include being remanded in custody, released on bail, or placed under house arrest.    <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph inline-placeholder\" data-uri=\"cms.cnn.com\/_components\/paragraph\/instances\/clvi9301j001s356jboum757y@published\" data-editable=\"text\" data-component-name=\"paragraph\" data-article-gutter=\"true\">            Bubon also told Forbes Russia that the court had banned Mingazov from using the internet and imposed restrictions on his communications with people other than relatives, investigators, lawyers, and medical professionals.    <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph inline-placeholder\" data-uri=\"cms.cnn.com\/_components\/paragraph\/instances\/clvi930se001v356jutfv4aiw@published\" data-editable=\"text\" data-component-name=\"paragraph\" data-article-gutter=\"true\">            On Saturday, without naming Mingazov, Khabarovsk territory\u2019s Investigative Committee stated that it had chosen house arrest \u201cas a preventative measure,\u201d after charging a man with the public dissemination of knowingly false information about the Russian armed forces.    <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph inline-placeholder\" data-uri=\"cms.cnn.com\/_components\/paragraph\/instances\/clvi930se001x356j5ymfarxp@published\" data-editable=\"text\" data-component-name=\"paragraph\" data-article-gutter=\"true\">            \u201cIn April 2022, a man, acting out of political hatred, posted a publication on a news channel he administers, intended for viewing by an unlimited number of people,\u201d the Investigative Committee alleged.    <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph inline-placeholder\" data-uri=\"cms.cnn.com\/_components\/paragraph\/instances\/clvi9rlzd002u356jz016i1yp@published\" data-editable=\"text\" data-component-name=\"paragraph\" data-article-gutter=\"true\">            \u201cIt contained, under the guise of being reliable, deliberately false information about\u2026 the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation,\u201d it continued.    <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph inline-placeholder\" data-uri=\"cms.cnn.com\/_components\/paragraph\/instances\/clvi93hsb0021356jv8bc7alg@published\" data-editable=\"text\" data-component-name=\"paragraph\" data-article-gutter=\"true\">            Russia has been cracking down on journalists since its invasion of Ukraine in February 2022.
