A copy of the Bidder\u2019s Statement is attached. <\/p>\n<p>The Takeover Offer will open on 29 April 2024 and is scheduled to close at 5.00pm (Perth time) on 30 May 2024 unless extended in accordance with the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth).<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>The Takeover Offer is subject to a number of conditions as set out in the Bidder\u2019s Statement.
