The hardline Islamist group has closed&nbsp;secondary schools for girls, banned women from&nbsp;attending university, restricted their travel without a male chaperone, and banned them from public spaces such as parks and gyms.    <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph inline-placeholder vossi-paragraph-primary-core-light\" data-uri=\"cms.cnn.com\/_components\/paragraph\/instances\/clzncrvvw000u3b6klnth81um@published\" data-editable=\"text\" data-component-name=\"paragraph\" data-article-gutter=\"true\">            The Taliban\u2019s so-called morality police have also disproportionately targeted women and girls, creating a \u201cclimate of fear and intimidation,\u201d according to a&nbsp;UN report&nbsp;published last month.    <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph inline-placeholder vossi-paragraph-primary-core-light\" data-uri=\"cms.cnn.com\/_components\/paragraph\/instances\/clzncth3300123b6kauep8pu1@published\" data-editable=\"text\" data-component-name=\"paragraph\" data-article-gutter=\"true\">            Talash found the sport of breaking through watching videos on social media.
