Abbey and it will broadcast in the United Kingdom on Christmas Eve.    <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph inline-placeholder vossi-paragraph\" data-uri=\"cms.cnn.com\/_components\/paragraph\/instances\/cm3ekk2oo000r356mypqbsqs3@published\" data-editable=\"text\" data-component-name=\"paragraph\" data-article-gutter=\"true\">            Catherine began the festive tradition in 2021, surprising British television viewers with a piano performance of \u201cFor Those Who Can\u2019t Be Here\u201d with Scottish singer-songwriter Tom Walker, recognizing the impact of the pandemic.    <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph inline-placeholder vossi-paragraph\" data-uri=\"cms.cnn.com\/_components\/paragraph\/instances\/cm3ekk2oo000s356mmy76jt7h@published\" data-editable=\"text\" data-component-name=\"paragraph\" data-article-gutter=\"true\">            Linked to the prince and princess\u2019s Royal Foundation charity, this year\u2019s concert will \u201cshine a light on individuals from all over the UK who have shown love, kindness and empathy towards others in their communities,\u201d a statement from Kensington Palace said.    <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph inline-placeholder vossi-paragraph\" 1,600 people, nominated for their commitment to helping people in need, will be joined at Westminster Abbey by members of the royal family and other well-known faces.    <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph data-article-gutter=\"true\">            Carols will be sung by the Westminster Abbey choir alongside performances from musicians including Paloma Faith, Olivia Dean, Gregory Porter and young
